How to Choose Products on Cnfans？
1. Copy the original product link from the Chinese e-commerce site and paste it into the Cnfans search box.
Important note: cnfans supports Chinese e-commerce websites including Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Weishop.
If your original product link is not in the above shopping sites, you can use the DIY order, to order

Click on an image to find a product at cnfans by taking a product picture or uploading a product image

Product links that are not available to cnfans can be used for product purchases using the DIY order method; including but not limited to Poundland, Idle Fish, Xiaohongshu, Shakeology, and Risky Links;

1, select the product color, model, quantity and other key information, click Buy Now or Add to Cart

💰Product Payments
Select the products you want to pay for and settle the cost of your goods and the logistics costs in China.
🪧Reminder of additional services and charges：
QC video charge is $5.54 to provide20-90s product Video (duration varies by type), primarily for main appearance inspection.
Additional photos will be charged at $0.24 per photo: 1. the order number for which the photo is required; 2. provide the specific requirements for the photo, such as taking a chest logo photo and a dress length photo;
Label Removal $0.47 per item:1. If there is a label on a clothing item that you do not want to display, we can cut off the original label on the item as needed without damaging the item.2. After you purchase this service, we will remove the labels from the neck, waist, and hangtags as appropriate for the item. If you have special needs, you can be notified separately! 3. This service involves some risk, please make sure you check with your account manager before making your choice.

📦Cnfans will carry out the order procurement to Cnfans warehouse for you!
The CNfans Agent team will contact the seller and purchase the item you ordered from the CNfans Warehouse on your behalf.
During this process, you can keep track of the progress of your purchase by changing the status of your order on the “Orders” page.

📷Quality control and storage
Once your order reaches the CNfans warehouse, it will be quality controlled and the item will be stored in the warehouse.
You can view the order status and quality control pictures of your items by going to “My Account” – “Orders”/Warehouse”.
‼️Tip:
Once the product arrives cnfans warehouse, cnfans expert team, will be for you to carry out quality inspection of goods, and take pictures for you to review, if there is any problem with the goods, cnfans expert team will contact you; cnfans expert team will be for you to check the scope of the goods and the size of the order color model match, whether there is a quality problem; such as stains, However, some special commodities can not provide internal inspection, such as perfume, electronic products and so on;cnfans offers 3-5 free QC photos for additional purchases, which can be selected at the time of order submission!
cnfans provides 5 days no reason to return and exchange service, the goods arrived in the warehouse, please confirm as soon as possible, to avoid the expiration of the goods can not be returned to bring you financial losses;
🏠Commodity storage
CNfans offers 60 days of free storage for each order after the “stored in warehouse” status.
If an order is not submitted for international shipping after 60 days in storage, it will be destroyed by default. If you wish to extend the storage period, please purchase additional storage time 1 week before the expiration date on the “Warehouse” page.
🚢Submit for shipping and pay for shipping
After your order is in “Stored in Warehouse” status, you can submit it for international shipping.
Go to the “Warehouse” page, select the item, and submit it for delivery. Then, fill in the recipient’s information and select the appropriate shipping line.
Please note:
You can ship items individually or pack them together in one package.
Which items you submit at a time refers to which items you request the warehouse to package together in the same package.
Money Saving Tip:
Within reason, item consolidation shipping and small item (e.g. socks, underwear, phone cases, perfume) additions can save even more on shipping costs;
Important Tips:
Some special commodities, subject to international transportation restrictions, so try to use the recommended line, experience sharing cnfans each package can only send a bottle of perfume, and can not be greater than 100 ml; electronic products, food, electronic products can use the official recommended line;
📦Parcel Packaging
After you have successfully paid the international shipping fee, the warehouse will pack your parcel according to the details you submitted, weigh the parcel, measure the dimensions and calculate the actual shipping fee based on the actual size/weight of the parcel.
You can check the packing progress on the “Packages” page.
Tip:
The international shipping cost is based on the weight/dimensions of the package, the selected shipping line and the destination.
The final shipping cost will be calculated based on the actual size and weight of the parcel as confirmed by the shipping company, and the specific billing method is shown on the “Estimate” page.
✅Parcel delivery
After your package is successfully packed, it will be shipped from the CNfans warehouse as soon as possible and delivered to its destination via international shipping.
You can track your package on the “My Account” – “Packages” page. Next, we just need to wait patiently for a while.
💡Other tips:
Tariff reference：
In general, when the declared value of your package is below the country’s customs threshold, it is usually not taxed (but fraudulent declarations are another matter). If your package is taxed, you will need to pay the tax and help clear the customs in a timely manner.

📦Actual and volumetric weight
It will have the actual weight and the volumetric weight of the package for certain routes and the route will be charged shipping based on the greater of the two.
What is the actual weight?
This is the weight of the product itself, plus the packaging weight of the packaging materials used for the product.
What is volumetric weight?
Volumetric weight is the transportation industry’s method of calculating the weight of light goods, i.e. when a package is too large for its actual weight, the volumetric weight billing method will be used.
How to calculate volumetric weight?
Volumetric weight (KG) = package length (CM) x width (CM) x height (CM))/5000 (or 6000, 7000, 8000, according to the standard of the third party logistics provider).
